Regulatory status: Earlybird Capital Markets Ltd is building and operating crowdfunding-related services with reference to applicable Kenyan capital-markets and consumer frameworks, including the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) crowdfunding regime and the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Specific licences, exemptions, and product availability may change; listings are only available where Earlybird has enabled them and where you meet eligibility requirements. Offerings are not bank deposits and are not insured by the Deposit Insurance Fund or equivalent schemes.
Third parties & accuracy: Business profiles, raise materials, and related documents are provided by issuers or partners. Earlybird reviews submissions as part of its process but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy of all third-party information. Always rely on the signed offering documents and your own due diligence.
Payments & technology: Payment rails (including M-Pesa where enabled), SMS, and email delivery depend on third parties. Temporary delays or outages may occur. Keep your login, OTP codes, and devices secure; Earlybird will never ask you to share an OTP with anyone.
